Your privacy is very important to us. This privacy policy sets out how we use your personal information under the UK Data Protection Act (DPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

PERSONAL INFORMATION

To fully process and ship your order we will need you to provide the following information: first and last name, email address, contact number, shipping address, and billing address. We will use this contact information to communicate with you about the progression and personalisation of your order and help us your wedding stationery for you. You will be asked to provide this information on our ‘checkout page’ before finalising your purchase. 

CONSENT

If you choose to order your stationery from us we may ask you for further personal information relating to that order. You may withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information in any way if you change your mind by emailing us at [email protected].

CREATE & THIRD PARTIES

We use an external provider to run our website and store: www.create.net, a UK-based company. All personal data used when on our website is also stored via our third-party host, create. If you request that your details are removed from our system they will also be erased from our third-party host. We work with a number of shipping companies to fulfil your orders. Our main partner is Royal Mail, however, for certain products we also use alternate courier companies, including but not limited to DPD and Evri. These companies have strict privacy policies and we are confident your details are safe and only used to deliver your order. 

SECURITY

Your data is stored via our third-party website host; create.net, which can be removed upon request. Any printed data, such as invoices, receipts, and proof of postage documentation, is kept in a secure and locked location within our business address (please be aware that for tax purposes we have the right to keep any invoices, receipts, and proof of postage documentation for up to 5 years). As we use a variety of devices to access our systems where your information is stored, each device used has a unique and personal two-step authentication password, and any websites that we may use linked to Beau & Bella Design; e.g.PayPal, Facebook, Instagram; all have individual and unique passwords to keep your data as protected and secure as possible.

COOKIES

We use essential cookies to ensure you get the best user experience through our website. Cookies are small pieces of data that websites store on a device. Cookies can improve the browsing experience because they help websites remember preferences and understand how people use different features. SOCIAL MEDIA

Our website provides users with the opportunity to interact and post content through various social media sites. Your interactions with such tools, and any information you provide in connection with these interactions, are publicly visible. Each social media site has its own privacy policy.

We reserve the right to share our work on social media, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok and Instagram, for marketing purposes. We will endeavour to only post work that minimises the amount of personal information or obscure it, but as personal names, venue details and events dates are an integral part of the design of our stationery, these may be posted on social media sites.
